Learn How To Understand and Appropriately Respond to Conflict
This workshop is designed to help participants learn about group behavior and conflict and how to resolve problems. Hands-on practice helps people learn a method to handle a conflict with another person.
Key points:
◈ Learn about negative group habits and how they influence the way a team works together.
◈ Learn common ways people respond to conflict, both positively and negatively.
◈ Identify team behaviors that are counter-productive and make a written agreement to keep negative patterns from reoccurring.
◈ Build skills by applying what they have learned through a hands-on exercise designed to address a past or present real life conflict.
